Welcome back, everyone! We return to our regular schedule of bringing you cool art, design, performance and announcements after our brief vacation.
Today’s artists (suggested by INW member Ivan ) work with a medium we’re all familiar with – drift wood. South African artist Andries Botha and English sculpture Heather Jansch have found their passion and their muses in the elephant and horse, respectively. Although both artists work with other materials, their sculptures that use driftwood are special. Each employ different techniques, yet they’ve both managed to capture the spirit of these two animals.
