Peter Gibson, aka Roadsworth, is a Montreal based artist who got his start in art as a means of social protest. A bicyclist, he took to painting the streets of Quebec to draw attention to the problems surrounding ‘car culture’. Over time, his interests became less political and more artistic with a tone change from protest to satire.
You can see for yourself that his work has an air of whimsy and playfulness for those who slow down long enough to see it.
